What aparments are there at Áncora Salou?
We have three types of apartaments: Club, Premium and Comfort.
What is the difference between the different apartment models?
The Áncora Club are the most exclusive accommodations. They are located on the seventh floor and their terraces are larger, with sun loungers and a rainshower, as well as views of the whole of Salou. The Áncora Premium are located on the sixth floor. Together with the Club, they have access to La Siesta Salou, sheets and towels included, TV in the double room, late check out and welcome details. Finally, the Áncora Confort are the accommodations located between the first and fifth floors and do not include sheets and towels.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at 16:00. Check-out is at 10:00 for the Confort apartments and at 12:00 for the Club and Premium apartments.
Do the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, all the accommodations are equipped with everything you need for a complete and pleasant stay.
Can I request a late check-out?
Yes, subject to availability, we can offer a late check-out for a supplement. It must be requested during reception hours and the fee must be paid upon confirmation of availability.
Do you accept pets in the apartments?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
